Nicholas Dowman
DIRECTOR
Nicholas has a strong background in statutory and strategic planning, having worked with notable planning consultancies in both Sydney and the Hunter region, prior to founding Lighthouse Planning Pty Ltd. He has worked on a wide variety of complex planning projects, which has developed strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Nicholas draws on his experience to advise a diverse range of clients, particularly within the residential and mixed use sectors. Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Planning at the University of New South Wales with Honours and holds a Master of Environmental and Business Management from the University of Newcastle.
Nicholas is a Full Member (NSW) of the Planning Institute of Australia.
